One of the best parts about a true change in the weather is the ability to rediscover old clothing favorites. This sweater was definitely one of my favorites last year and I am borderline too excited to get it back into my rotation this year. A ruffle hem and a bow back (it’s like the mullet of sweaters) makes it feel as though it was made with me in mind and it is such an easy piece to throw on in the morning when you’ve accidentally hit snooze 4 times.
Sometimes I feel like a button down with a vest can be too fussy too stay in all day to study but this sweater is the perfect weight and allows optimal mobility, no constraint like vests sometimes have. Throw on your favorite jeans and riding boots and it definitely looks like you spent more time than you have while getting ready.
